TURNAROUND TIMES
We offer some of the fastest turnaround times.
From 3-5 working days for duplicated products (7-10 if Printed Wallet or Digipak)
 and 10-12 working days replication.
*If you have a specific delivery date please contact us BEFORE placing an order.

PLEASE LEAVE AS MUCH TIME AS POSSIBLE FOR PRODUCTION
ESPECIALLY MANUFACTURING ORDERS
We advise that you have your artwork and audio ready and an order placed at least 1 month before your launch date.
Production can be a complex process, things such as high error rate on CD master, artwork problem etc can result in snagging your production time.
Please do not take a chance and leave placing an order until the last minute.

Indeed, if you require copies for promotional reasons most industry guides recommend having the promos ready to post TWO MONTHS prior to the release date for best advantage to receive a review in the monthly publications.

We at Gillies Audio are a grounded bunch- we do not employ fancy sales or reception staff in an effort to keep our prices down and we pride ourselves on our equal footing system.

 We respect all customers as equals regardless of order size or reputation of the artist or label.
We are fair, we operate a queuing system, orders are queued as soon as all the parts are received. You would probably be pretty annoyed if we told you your discs were late as we had jumped someone else in front of you in the queue.
This DOES happen at other companies! 
WE WILL NOT TOLERATE queue jumping so please do not ask us to do this.

If you are worried your deadline is tight please contact us before placing an order to obtain a projected turntime - this ensures everyone is treated in the same manner and everyone gets their discs in a speedy time.
